Brought together in 1999 by Pedro Dust(Knukledust singer), BDF aimed to bring a metal edge to the heavy hardcore scene in London.
Fusing elements of the metal club scene and underground hardcore scene, BDF quickly gained a following in London playing with local hardcore and metal acts as well as bigger US hardcore bands such as Madball, 25 Ta Life and Krutch.
Pedro (knuckledust singer)'s deep barking voice combined with Pete's raw screams provide a double barreled vocal rape and pillage.
Musically, BDF draw upon classic and technical metal influences mixed with contemporary metalcore but maintaining a hardcore attitude and following, bringing to mind bands such as All Out War, E-Town Concrete and Irate.
