These are the Days is a 4 (soon to be 5) piece Hardcore band from Eastern Pennsylvania. The band formed from the still smoldering ashes of many bands, such as Kill the Witness, Your Best Enemy, A Fistful of Hope, and the Afterglows, as the current line-up features three members of the latter. But, as front man Hiester Lotz is very quick to add (which is unanimously echoed by his bandmates), this band is a completely seperate animal than any previous endevors by any of the bandmates. The music is intense, yet thought provoking speaking in tongues of frustration, stress, empowerment and self renewal, without a pity party.
