Grimlock has put together one of the heaviest releases in hardcore history. Their CD "Songs Of Self" (PDR08) was released in the Spring of 97. It even contains their 7 "Thirst For Immortality" as bonus tracks. Grimlock has had quite a hard time with member changes. The lineup now consists of John on vocals, Jay on first guitar, Dan(holdstrong) on second guitar, Matt(holdstrong's drummer) on Bass, and Isaiah on Drums. They have been in the studio lately working out some new songs.
This Massachusetts band is what hardcore is all about. Since their start, Grimlock has smacked hardcore in the face with brutal guitars, intense drums and aggressive and sometimes controversial lyrics. In the future, this band is sure to give Hatebreed a run for their money!
