ONE SECOND THOUGHT was formed in Queens, N.Y.C. in 1994 by Shawn, Eric, and former members Lenny, Steve, and Cere. The band started by playing shows throughout the NY/NJ/CT area for about 2 years. They went through a few line-up changes and a 7" entitled
