The debut release by LA's own COUNTIME will see a April, 18th 2006 release date through No Joke Records. The fellas are gearing up for numerous dates on the West Coast for 2006 and will set out for a full US Tour following the release.

Unlike many hardcore bands hailing from Los Angeles the band were born and bred in the 'City of Fallen Angels' and have garnered much attention since the release of their 3-song demo entitled 'Let The Legacy Begin?', which was released in early 2004. In the vein of DOWNSET and SOCIAL JUSTICE, COUNTIME seek to expunge two-timers and mainstream America with lyrics and music in the realm of their LA mentors and use a unique blend of brutal riffs and old-school hardcore growls to get the job done. The band are firmly entrenched in their Mexican roots and are in no way ready to let go of the Hardcore Underground in which they were conceived. The band was formed by ex-members of LA hardcore kingpins DIFFERENCE OF OPINION in 2003 and since then the band has played with such hardcore heavyweights as Hoods, Merauder, Sworn Enemy and 25 Ta Life.
